This suite was recently occupied by the only oral surgeon in Newport Beach. He had a very busy practice, and was joined by an associate just in the last few months.  They  moved to a location more inland to have a larger office. There no oral surgeons in this zip code or in Newport Beach in this vicinity. With the proximity of Hoag Hospital, there are many other physicians and dentists.

The front suite of the building is a walk in clinic that has been here for thirty years, has a spotless reputation and is a potential referral source.

The main entrance is where the patients arrive. In addition there is an exit out the front at the recovery room.

And there is a third entrance and or exit for private use in the back of the suite.
