The patient in the top four pictures had already had two procedures. The second was to eliminate the puffy swelling of the cheeks, w little worse on the right at the corner of the mouth . The after picture shows that it was possible to make it more smooth.

The second set of pictures shows a patient who had persistent cheek folds from the side of the nose to the mouth. And they could be  mostly eliminated.
