The patient above had a previous open rhinoplasty which is not preferred  because it leaves a little scar. She wanted more improvement and the result shown was obtained with a standard nose surgery with no external incisions.

A part of the improvement in appearance is that her whole face is not so long as it was. The length of the face has been reduced, by lifting up under the chin and providing a straighter jaw line.
